We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind regarding product samples.
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of their contact details. If a buyer suspects an error, they must contact us promptly – if feasible, we will make necessary corrections before posting the sample.
Free domestic shipping across Australia. Samples are sent by Australia Post and are usually posted within 2-business days.
